Sensation Excellence returns the favor from the previous match. Greeley holds Grappler's feet down while Red Wolf pinned him.

Red Wolf gets injured in this match. He is replaced by White Wolf in the tournament final.

Prior to the match, Arnold Adams came out to inform the fans that the MVW had secured a contract with the Arkansas State Fair Board to have a "Fifth Friday" supercard each fifth Friday at the Barton Coliseum on the Arkansas State Fairgrounds. Along with this announcement, Arnold informed the fans of the acquisition of the Razorback Wrestling Alliance. RWA wrestlers would be making their official MVW debut shortly.
After the match, Mr. Hyde hit the ring with a Colt 45® bottle. After busting open both of the new champions, he issued a challenge to the Alcoholics for a title match at the first Fifth Friday against himself and his tag team partner. Hyde also said that he and his partner would go through every other tag team to solidify that they deserved the title shot at the supercard.

1. Mr. Hyde & A.J. Adams def. 'Double A' Arnold Adams & Mr. Mississippi (TV)
Billed as Mr. Hyde and his mystery partner, the MVW was shocked to see A.J. come out as his partner five minutes into the match. Hyde held his own against the other two. A.J. came in and cleared the ring. The match ended after Hyde hit the Adams Atomic Drop on Arnold then A.J. tagged himself in and nailed the Hyde and Seek on his father, getting the pinfall. After the match, A.J. grabbed the microphone and told the All-American Alcoholics there was one down and a dozen more to go.
This was Aaron Adams' first match as a referee.

Adidas brought a chair into the ring to take Hank out, but Hank regained control of the match and nailed a piledriver onto the chair for the win as Garrett distracted the referee.

Arnold came out after Hyde and A.J. to announce a change in the opposition. Saying how A.J. liked curve balls, Arnold threw him one by introducing Extreme Militia in their first match.
